At Ivany Media Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality photography services and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final payment.

Full payment must be made according to the agreed schedule before delivery of the final photos or products.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or event will result in the deposit being retained, and any other prepaid amounts refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session or event will forfeit the deposit and may incur additional fees.

  • If Ivany Media Group must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Digital Photos

Please note that digital photos delivered to you are non-refundable. Once digital files have been delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received before the delivery of final photos or products. We do not release digital files or printed materials until payment has been completed in full.

Refund Policy for Prints

All prints are produced and fulfilled by a trusted third-party printing service. We carefully review orders before submission, but because prints are custom-made, refunds are generally not available once an order has been placed.

If your print arrives damaged or defective due to printing or shipping issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We will work with the printing partner to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please understand that refunds or exchanges are not provided for prints due to change of mind or personal preference.
