Services
Ivany Media Group provides professional photography services, including family photography, event coverage, and other related offerings as described on our website.
Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed only after a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable) are received. Full payment is due according to the agreed schedule, prior to or on the day of the session or event, unless otherwise arranged.
All prices listed exclude applicable taxes (such as GST). Travel fees may apply for locations outside Calgary or specified service areas, and these will be communicated in advance.
Deliverables
We provide the agreed number of edited high-resolution images within the stated delivery timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on the project scope but typically will not exceed 4 weeks. Early delivery is possible and will be communicated when applicable.

Usage Rights and Ownership
Ivany Media Group retains the copyright to all images created. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal use only, including printing and sharing on personal social media accounts.
Images may be used by Ivany Media Group for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the session. No compensation will be provided for such use.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
Ivany Media Group reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather or illness. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates.
Limitation of Liability
Ivany Media Group is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the outcome of the services, including but not limited to technical failures, weather conditions, or client non-cooperation.
Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada.
